But patience and expert winemaking has been rewarded. A savoury wine with lots of spice and a hint of vanilla, plummy top notes, with rhubarb and celery on the back palate. Good long length. For this wine you should dust off your decanter and pour slowly as it will surely benefit from a good ‘airing’.
